Champion of the White City

A while back, I finally got back to playing my main Teriadwyn, and shortly afterward decided that the lifting of the dawnless day merited a new outfit. It’s fairly rare that I do an outfit that’s made entirely of quest reward pieces, but it just sort of came together that way, mostly due to the magnificent cloak that is the reward for finishing Book Four of the Volume Four Epic Story.

I wasn’t quite able to grab a decent full-outfit screenshot, but I’ve included the boots I used for the outfit for the sake of reference, in case anyone’s curious to recreate the look. It’s worth noting that the chest piece is actually light armor, but the white dye gives it a scale-mail sort of look that works for the heavy armor classes, too.

For a champion from Dol Amroth, Teri fits in quite well in Minas Tirith!

Shoulders: Shoulder Guards of the Reclaimed City, white dye (North Ithilien quest reward)
Back: Forceful Cloak of theCitadel Guard Captain (Volume 4 quest reward)
Chest: Ithilien Weave Coat of the Ambusher, white dye (Volume 4 quest reward)
Gloves: Gloves of the White Mountains, white dye (Western Gondor quest reward)
Boots: Rugged Work Boots, walnut brown dye (Beorning starter instance)

  1. This is really quite a cool outfit! I usually love looks made up by quest rewards because of the creativity. Perhaps I’ll use some of these for my Gondorian guardian… although I’d have to ditch an existing one because all her outfit slots are full. There are just so many cool Gondorian items in the game. πŸ™‚

    1. Thanks, Rav! This look went through a couple of different iterations before I was finally happy with it, particularly with the shoulders. I still have some outfit slots left open on Teri, mostly because I didn’t start working on multiple looks for her until she actually got to Gondor. I suspect I’ll run into problems when I start leveling some of my other from-Gondor characters, though. πŸ˜‰
